    I had delays with the process due to poor customer support. I was disappointed in the whole customer process and its entirety. There is a lack of communication from the person doing the install and because of this it took us almost 4 weeks to get the item installed.

    Did not need the service, was not refunded for it after I decided to install myself instead of having the geek squad install my stereo in my vehicle this was a five dollar miscellaneous charge for shop supplies, and nobody at Best Buy ever touched my vehicle

    They were very nice and seemed very knowledgeable but yet left a wire hanging out of my dash and my steering wheel controls no longer work when they specifically told me they would.

    Apon arriving for an appointment for insulation after waiting 2 weeks, I was informed teck was no longer there. No phone call, nothing letting me know this. Took off work for this.

    They installed my radio but the speakers ever worked right. Only the speakers in the back of the car work. They do not know how to install car speakers at all.

      We're sorry that your speakers aren't working. All car electronics services come with a lifetime warranty of workmanship, so if you bring your car into one of our stores we should be able to set up an appointment to get it worked on.

    Store rep screwed up the install location and now am waiting an additional 5 weeks to get it installed. I'm sure the install will go well if I can ever get it done

    Had a schedule apt and they changed my appointment for 2 months later. If you cant handle a schedule, why should I think they can handle my car.

    The car alarm and starter worked both great together for the safety and for all around usage especially in the winter time for my car to be warm before I approach my automobile.

    The worst experience at the best buy on Belmont in Chicago they gave me a quote and the day of the install the installer was trying to sell me more parts
