    Worst Experience Ever!!!

    I had a remote start, with harness and instillation purchased for me on 11/25/2022. I had to keep calling to see if it was in. It finally came in on 12/8/2022. I called to schedule instillation. Scheduled for 12/30/2022. Called to verify time and date on 12/29/2022 was on hold for over 34 minutes. lady informed me it was scheduled for 9:00am on 12/30/2022. An hour later received a call from installation dep. confirming my appt, and was making sure I had the stuff. I told him it was at the store. He then informed me that it had been returned due to not picking it up. He was amazing help. His name was Charles. At no time had anyone told me to drive to the store to pick it up, then drive back to have it installed. Being it was Christmas I understood the delay in installation, no biggie... But NOW that it has been returned with no email, no phone call, I have to start the whole process over????? Not to mention when I called back later on 12/29/2022 to explain my concern, I was put on hold then disconnected. Why verify a phone number "in case we get disconnected" if your not going to reach back out to the customer??????? Worst experience EVER!!!!!!

    I purchased a remote start for my truck

    I ordered a remote start for my truck online. When I found out I had to pick up the remote in Tacoma and have it installed in Yakima I immediately canceled the order. I was then told I had to go into the store to get a refund for the purchase that I made online. Absolutely ridiculous, I live three hours away. I still haven’t received a refund yet and it’s been 3 weeks.

    Unfortunately this product did not work on my Infiniti 2016 QX50. Lots of warning lights having to do with the brakes were set off. Had to have the product removed and Infiniti dealer had to repair some wires and computer items ($370). Waiting on Best Buy to reimburse me. Filled out a damage claim form a couple of weeks ago
