    Activation was a nightmare for my iPhone. Several attempts by t-mobile customer service and the “please wait two hours”, excuse that I have seen in the reviews. Eventually I did get someone from customer service who knew what they were doing but they tried to sell me a monthly plan. I told them I’m probably going to throw the SIM away after the data runs out because of the problems I’m having getting it activated. At that point they stopped with the sales pitch and just activated my phone. I will see what kind of nightmare I have when trying to reload my SIM a month from now but I have very low expectations at this point. This is my first experience with t-mobile and its a bad one. They really really suck.
