My spouse needed a small phone for limited use. She thought the flipping phone rather Retro.

For someone that wants a simple yet reliable phone.

Best Buy's side of the deal was perfect. You supplied me with what I wanted: a pay-as-you-go phone that I could use in America and abroad with the relevant SIM cards (I left for Europe a week after buying the phone). T-Mobile's side of the deal (unlocking the phone) was a disaster. On 5-21-16 - the day I left for Europe - they sent me an unlocking code which was not recognized by the phone - we tried three times, the third with T-Mobile checking over the landline there were no errors, and each time the same result. I didn't try a fourth time, it would have made the phone unlockable. I spent a long time on the 'phone with T-Mobile; they finally said they would send me further instructions. They sent these on 5-25-16 at 12.59 - they were the same instructions and unlock code as before! The same day, at 20.59, they sent me a further e-mail listing a set of conditions that had to be met before the phone could be unlocked. Why wasn't I told about these at the moment of purchase? I could have satisfied them then. At this point, I gave up on T-Mobile and the phone I bought from you, not wanting further expense with endless phone calls, and I bought a $20 phone here that meets my need.

This phone is simple to use, good reception, easy to use.

Stove works good. But oven light bulb went out after first use.

It works for the purpose I bought it for and needed.

A good cell phone for an elderly person that only uses the phone to make calls, not needing internet features

More than simply a featureless flipphone, this little thing is great. It is clear and easy to use. Sure, it is a bit complicated for using internet, text, etc. but it can do it. Most importantly, it does things like announce calls, which are sometimes even not available on "smartphones".

Love it simple and easy interface. Only needed it for simple phone calls, and it does great for that!
