    Had this phone for not even a month. Had to replace it twice the first phone would shut off when slide goes down. Second phone reset every 10 minutes which was the phone that was sent as a replacement phone from T-mobile. I'm not saying that service from T-Mobile is bad they were great they told me that these are knowm issues of this model. So they upgraded me to the LX model at no additional cost.

    all i can say about this phone is dont get it you cant even put your pics up for a display and it takes 48hrs for the phone to activate...at that you have to use the ringtones that are on the phone....no good
