This is the third Nokia phone I have purchased. The first two Nokia phones I purchased I was very happy with. This phone was a disappointment. With my old Nokia 6010 phone I can consistently get 2 to 3 more bars of service than the Nokia 1208 phone. At my home and work with the 1208 this translates to one or no bars of service. The standby time on the 1208 is supposed to be about 15 days. However all I get is about 2 days. I am not sure if this is because the phone is defective or because the signal strength in the area I am using it is low, relative to its capabilities. I purchased this phone because it was smaller than my dinosaur 6010. For me it did not work out. If you want to purchase this phone for areas of use where the signal strength is often high, this phone might work out better for you. Rich

this is good for people on a budget who need a phone only to place and receive calls. it is ultra compact and has decent call quality.

I bought this phone for my girl and it works great she loves the phone and she is happy to have a phone that last for more than 3 hours. Also Nokia is the best phone ever made we both said so

I don't expect a lot for the dollar amount of this phone, it's a great phone for it's intended purposes which I believe is to make phone calls. Works well and is very attractivley priced.

Hey, it's just a phone to make calls on. The display is awful. Do not waste your money on this!
