I think this phone is about the level of the reviews. I gave it a four because I was expecting a lower end phone and that's what I got. Let's start with the good. 1. Sound quality is average. Could be a lot better but you can hear the caller clearly. Music on this phone is probably at a 3 and you need to go adjust the audio sound level. 2. The phone feels good in the hand and is very responsive. The ad says this is a dual core but it's actually a quad core and responds very nice. 3. The screen looks very nice and I did not have any response issues that others have complained about. 4. They do make aftermarket parts for it, like screen protectors and cases. 5. It supports a 32 GB memory card 6. 4.5 in screen Now for the bad. 1. The front facing camera is all but useless 2. The rear facing camera even though it has a flash the pictures are still not up to par but at least you can see them. 3. A lot of apps just don't work on this phone. 4. It says it's a 4GB phone but T-Mobile has used more than two gig and you can't take it off. 5. I use this phone daily mostly business. It does fine for business but I don't think younger people will like it too much just because of the apps it won't install. Overall this is a decent phone but if you take a lot of pictures don't waste your time. If you love music, there are better phones out there. If you play a lot of games, stay away from this phone as there are a lot of apps it won't play. If you install a lot of apps stay away it only has 2 gb usable space.

It has everything she need as well as all the aps and features she wants. A fantastic phone for my daughters first phone. Much better value than I phones and just as good as the high priced android phones. A great product for a kid and an adult. Very happy.

I got this phone for Christmas. I love the phone great sound quality and awesome camera.

I don't use it often but wanted text capability yet the battery barely makes it thru the day, can't imagine what I would do if I was a heavy user. Not recommended if you plan to use it a lot. What I like is no contract.

A great phone to use when you are in a hurry! Simply learning tools, until I decide on an upgrade

Skip this phone. Screen is bright but cannot be viewed well at an angle. Speaker reproduces sound poorly and speech breaks up at high volume.

It does what I want it to do. Have not had any problems with it.

It is good working set and I think everybody should try new stuff and these companies deserve appreciation.

My daughter needed a new phone. She picked out this one and she loves it. I'm kind of jealous.
