Very simple and useful basic phone, but quite well equiped.

For the price, this phone packed with more feathers than most basic phones. It includes a camera and a flash light. However, the battery life is short compared to other low end basic phones I have had before. The sound quality is not too good. I believe people from the other end could hear me well but I often has a hard time to hear others even when I set the volume at the highest level or even when the speaker phone function is enabled. The sound volume of all my other phones before were much louder.

I don't need data so this phone has everything i need. Texting, camera, media player, sd slot, long last battery, and full keyboard. Much better than their first model and with Best Buy price match you can get an excellent deal!

Good overall phone. It is a basic smart phone. This is no android or apple. There is no wi-fi. So you have to rely on 3G. Yes. It does not support 4G network. Phone comes with pre-installed apps to check emails, browsing etc. I gave it to my 12 year old. He likes it. Full keyboard is a big plus for quick texting. Not bad for $50. It has been only about a month since I bought it.

I had an old flip phone for 5 years. I got great reception and could hear everyone and they could hear me. Now the phone calls cut out constantly, it doesn't keep a charge and I can't hear my callers and they can't hear me. I'm taking it back

it is a good phone for your every day needs if you don't need an android. My son had an Ipod and asked for this phone because he liked the keyboard.

I had this phone but it got hit by a car so I replaced it with the same b/c of the price and features

pretty good phone.. needed a secondary line.. does just what i need it to do.. its not the galaxy or iphone but very functional and easy to use. im happy. no complaints

This was a great beginning phone for a starter up into the smart phone world and it had no major issues just that the battery didn’t last long.

I used this as a replacement phone and was pretty happy with it. I wouldn't recommend for using the web, but it's good for calls and excellent for texting with the full keyboard.

this was the perfect replacement for my mom who's phone broke on her way to visit. it was very much like the one she had so no real learning to be able to use it.

This phone is being used by my mother who is in her 70's. She uses it to text just a few people and make calls when needed. It is easy to use and navigate.

Good phone for anyone just wanting to talk & text, & MUCH cheaper than a smartphone. Icons on desktop are easy to use. Keypad is easier to use than the number pad, but the keys are very little and are not easy to see or to use for someone with large fingertips. Also easy to charge.

Good entry level pay as you go phone for someone who does a lot of texting with slide out keyboard.

For $50 it can play MP4 & 3GP Video (records same), holds up to a 32 GB Micro SD Card, and plays lots of audio files. Music Files Play clearly and loudly. Youtube... well, better by headphones to hear most of it. Having a baby does tend to affect audio quality though. Phone is okay for the price if you know what you're doing and are tired of "smartphones" that eat data with background app processes. Phone good, customer service by the provider, again, hope you know what YOU'RE doing. P.S. The little known unlimited data/text (first 5GB @ 4G speed, Enhanced 3G on this device though)) for $30 a month helps. Main reason I got the thing. "Walmart Exclusive" my eye. Complain enough, you'll get it.

I am completely happy with this phone. I wanted a low cost replacement for my previous 12 year of cell phone. This one has more features than the old phone (which at the time of its purchase was state-of-the-art). I wish the less intuitive features were better explained in a written manual. Some are not easy to figure out!!
