I downgraded from a smart phone. I bought this one exclusively for the keyboard which is slightly confusing at times as far as, what button does what, with many functions or symbols attached to the Fn key and Shift. Overall, it generally works good and it is somewhat easier to use than my old smart phone. Even a person who hates phones and trying to figure them out can appreciate its simplicity.

Got this phone for my older mother who just learned to text, works great and easy for her to understand.

I bought this phone because the salesperson at best buy said that I would be able to go on line with it, using free wi-fi, as opposed to having a data plan, WHICH I DO NOT. When I called tmobile, I was told that I could only go online if I buy a data plan. Now I'm out the cost of the phone and it is too late to return it.

This phone was used as a replacement and it was actual a good product for the price.

A good, handy phone for everyday use. Limited in many options found in other basic, and much cheaper phones. Example, Unit Converter: has only 'weight' and 'length. Things like temperature, currency, area, volume, velocity should have been available, for those of us who use quite a bit of these. Choice of ring tones for incoming calls or messages is limited to ONE and only one monotone; volume adjustment to the call sound needs improvement. Overall, it is a daily use phone and seems satisfactory for multitude of everyday uses.

Brought the phone for my son. It has what he needs and didn't have to spend a lot.

A good starter phone for my purposes. Like the way the keyboard clicks when sliding up

this was purchased for my daughter as her first cell phone. she loves it! it is good for calls and texts. it has great battery life and doesn't seem like it will break too easy. The worst part about it is that it is on T-mobile which has turned out to be the worst cell provider I have ever dealt with. You are better off going with the AT and T alcatel 510a

I bought this phone as a spare while my primary phone was being repaired... it did it's job. Nothing special, but I do like the full qwerty keyboard.

Gets great reseption and the battery last all week audio from a phone call is clear and has quite a few media features such as camera, video, fm radio, and a micro media card for additional memory. Also has bluetooth.

Great phone for basic use, have couple smart phone but needed one basic for a while. Worth your money!!

It has everything that I need right there in one place. Texting, Camera, Video Camera, Calculator, Pull Out Keyboard, and Internet Accesibility. And Speed Dial. It is good quality. I would reccomend it to others.

needed phone for relative and it meets their needs. have average battery life. like that it is compact.

my other phone died and this one was a perfect fit for me. i like the slide up to full keyboard. dont like touchsreen so this is perfect phone for me

This was just a cheap burner i bought for my sisters birthday. She did go nuts like it was an iphone 5 but it was still nice enough to let her do the things she likes and not drive me broke.

This is a very functional basic phone. The battery life is good. When texting, the top row of buttons is tight up against the edge of the phone so it is a little tight for my thumbs.
