This is a great phone if you only want to text and call. It is not a smart phone and isn't designed to be used like one. Great for kids

If it wasn't so much trouble to take it back, I would look for a larger screen, & more features.

The first I bought had problems with the sound. I changed it and the new is working fine. However it takes too many steps to read messages, to set up contacts

Good phone for the price you pay. Not big or bulky. Camera sucks. My mom loves to text on it. Great basoc phone.

I use every day. It has text, talk, web. I surf the internet on it to check my facebook and my email. That is what I mostly use it for and it works very good for that.. Also take pictures with it. They turn out good.

It is a good phone for a beginner, or a child. the internet is easily accessable but is rather dawnting task...not bad for $50 bucks. it can take a beating so if you are clumsy this is the phone for you...would not purchase it again if I had an alternative option, but was in a bind and didn't have $600 buck to dish out...

Exactly what I needed for my 10 year old. A device so that we can keep in touch but no crazy, unnecessary bells and whistles.

This phone was perfect to replace my old one. Just popped the SIM card right in and I was ready to go. The only drawback is the speakerphone. Wish the volume went louder.

You need to click the function key for each number you type in to create a text msg. Kind of kills the advantage of having a slide-out key board for texting convenience. The keys are too sensitive and jumps. When you close the key pad, it makes clicking noise as if it is not fitting too well. I don't like it. I bought it a while ago, but just opened it yesterday, took into TMobile to transfer the data from my old sim card to the new sim card. I have not tried to call on it yet, so I can't comment on anything about calling quality. In fact, I have not used it yet because it is so hard to use. I don't know if BestBuy would let me exchange for a different phone.

My son needed a replacement for his smart phone, this phone provides all the functionality he needs at an affordable price.

This cell phone is great for someone who's not a frequent phone user.

Has a flashlight , long battery life , just right size of keyboard , and perfect for texting .
