I purchased this phone as a gift for my mother as a Christmas gift, she has always had a flip phone and this was a great starter phone for her. After a couple of days with the phone she's already comfortable with it.

For the price it is a decent phone. I does everthing a more expensive phone does.

I got this phone for my youngest son, it got wifi and several apps from android.

Looking for a smart phone this is it without haggles of the hype and cost.

Decent enough entry level smartphone, but badly placed antennas. Your fingers are always covering them, causing phone to freeze frequently when surfing the web.

Bought phone for my son. Likes it better than his old iPhone. If a teenager likes it, I suppose it's ok.

This phone is perfect for those who use their phone for long periods of time, battery life is good and the screen is big enough to see everything clearly.

This phone was easy to convert to from a broken smart phone

Overall I feel this is a good phone. Very user friendly and a good step above the basic smartphones from T-Mobile. Only issue I've had with it is the Gorilla glass. The screen cracked a lot easier than I thought, so beware of how durable you think the Gorilla glass really is.

So far the best phone for T-Mobile in their prepaid line.

Easy to use and Good for beginner that do not use much

This is my first time buying an android phone. It is very easy to use. Has gteat extra features and is very easy to navigate.

People having a hard time to understand or hear me when I use this phone, I am going to Best Buy tomorrow and exchange for another phone even if I have to pay the difference. I ha d the L9 before this one and had similar problems a few times but I did like the L9. I am keep a lot phone calls and need a phone more reliable and the F3 is not a phone for me. Luckyli I have insurance on that and I like to deal with best buy they are very helpful every time that I go there, Best Buy became one of my favorite stores lately

My son had been bugging me for the latest $600 cellphone and no way was he going to get it. He is very happy with this much cheaper cellphone.

This is my first smart phone, and i have had a pretty seamless adjustment.

Got this as a replacement for a Samsung and I was really surprised at and pleased with the performance!

Overall the phone good. It's small. It download apps fast
