I used this when my phone broke and it worked great other than it slowed down significantly

Ok phone its good for a starter phone for a teenager.... but the storage kinda sucks doesnt have alot of mb

easy to use lot of features replaced an old tmobile concord phone

The phone is pretty good, but sometimes the people I speak with tell me that they cannot hear me. It changes everytime I'm on the phone... I think it might be because the mic doesn't pick up my voice well, all the time.

Good phone, good look, poor performance for the price. Not enough system memory, not allow downloading files and apps to the SD card. Best Buy people don't know how to help. Thinking about returning it, may get a different phone. Not very happy with the phone.

I regret buying this phone, need to replace it. Nothing but issues from the setup, transferring data from my old phone. Basic functionality is fine, clear display and 4G is fast, good basic phone for calling.

This is an okay phone that gets the job done. It's not too fancy but you're still pretty up-to-date with the software and features. Likes: *Compact- fits comfortably in my small hands :-) *Blu-tooth, wireless *Standard Android features and the software upgrade from last phone *Screen capture *Great battery life ****Dislikes*** *Factory installed LG Keyboard issues - if you use SWYPE you will find that after Swyping 3 words the second one is deleted. Very annoying issue and neither LG or T-Mobile seem to care. They'll recommend downloading a different keyboard which would be ok if it wasn't for the next dislike. * Horrible storage space - if you like apps you will not like this phone, yeah you may be able to download those that you like, but when it's time to update, get ready for tons of insufficient memory errors *Blu-tooth connection a little iffy Bottom line- with the increase in cost for phones these days this phone is not bad. It has some flaws but at the same time it does the basics well. Talk, text, surf to your heart's content. I would only recommend this to a friend if I knew their needs had a great chance of being met by this phone.

This phone isn't bad. It isn't going to set the world on fire, but it does have LTE support on board. It also has a plethora of bloat in tow. I think the heavy LG optimization slows the phone down, but if you are aware of (and are ok with) this...by all means, give it a try.

This is a prepaid phone?? I never had an LG before and i'm totally impressed by design and style of the phone. It came with a movie wiz app which i thought was cool. 4G LTE is noticeably fast. Bad stuff//sd card takes forever to load...must switch from phone to sd storage..that's all and that last one isn't bad. Great camera for the price, light weight and up to date. Did i mention the (not so clear) front facing camera?? Get your kids this. You dont need to spend top dollar for quality.

I love the phone but storage quality sucks big time. Im a heavy app user and downloader.. but this phone somehow fills up storage quickly even i deleted some apps and media but still the storage fills up quickly.. i dont know why.. I barely got the phone 2 days ago and now somehow im regreting it... "You get what you pay for" yes its low priced overall i like it except for the storage space.. i even have a 16 mg memory card but still... now i have to update alot of apps but it wont let me because my memory is somehow full even i deleted a few apps and media content.

Had this phone for awhile but took it back after it kept randomly rebooting. Never figured out why it did and the people at the return desk didn't offer any explanation. Wanted the phone to work for me, but that was unacceptable. If I could of resolved the issue I would have kept the phone.

Its a great phone. It does have everything you need. Works great. Very happy.

The phone is super good.It has a long battery life. It is easy to use. It's mainly like all those 800 dollar phones just cheaper and a little smaller.
