It's a sweet phone if you just need the basics. It may not be able to send and receive pics, but it sure has a bright flashlight on the top. Can't hold too many text message, so you have to keep deleting them. Works as a good back-up phone.

Good
FM radio
Predictive texting (something iI had to learn to use on the phone due to the smallish keypad).
Big screen for a basic phone
Good battery, last two days if you send around 1,000 texts.
Bad
When tapped, it vibrates from the inside
Fm radio doesn't pick up any radio raves on any station.
Fingerprints stay on the keyboard due to the cheap plastic.
Can't press down on the D-pad as a ok button, have to press a soft key. The other basic phones all have a center ok button.

I bought this for my mom, who is very Technology intolerant. lol It was very easy for her to use. However, it was a lot lighter than her original 1960's brick phone, so it will take a little getting used to. I hope she doesn't lose it. She LOVES the built in radio. :-)

I got this phone for my husband over the holidays and he's 50/50 about it. He likes it's features, but just isn't too impressed. Our family uses prepaid phones to save money on our monthly cell phone bills, but this one just isn't pleasing him. I'm thinking about switching him to the Straight Talk unlimited plan, which would save us an extra $500 a year. It all adds up in the end!

I needed a basic phone to keep in touch while on vacation. (roaming on my regular service would be too expensive) Short voice calls and the occasional text is all I required. This little phone delivered well. It would have been nice if the "navi-key" was also a "select" button...I find that kinda intuitive.
Good phone, great value for money...

I texted messages 2 times and my daughter took it back got a new sim and when I tried to use it nothing recharged it nothing. Is this cell that bad. I am hearing impaired and only needed it for texting if something happened on the road etc.
