No bells and whistles but good basic phone. Definitely not techie oriented but small, easy to carry, good sound, loud ring tone, simple to use, and gets the job done!

This phone saves me about $50.00/month, though I don't use it much. Far superior to a contract phone which generally gives me far more than I need and then overcharges me for that. I basically have a phone for a year for $145.00 out the door!! Also, this phone won't get me jacked because I use it in public somewhere; and I won't be staring at it thumbing and walk into a fountain (viral video) or step in front of a bus and die! (Not that I WOULD do that with a smartphone.)

This phone is durable. It is priced right for a usable phone. Texting is difficult. Sound is good & plays music with pretty good clarity for the price.

for starter phone, this is good. Signal is good, picture is good. Sound good. Battery life excellent/

This phone is small enough to fit in Dads pocket, not complicated to work. just the basic needs for the few calls he will use this for. Prepaid so no monthly phone bill for him

This phone was perfect for me, since it replaced another phone that was over 15 years old. I already had a tablet so I did not need a smart phone and this unit was under $20.00. It is extremely versatile and very easy to use. Small and compact and stays out of the way, but easy to open and close. Perfect for a person who does not need a smart phone.

This phone is easy to operate for a person who doesn,t adapt easily to todays technology. The numbers are easy to see. The service I received when purchasing this phone was excellent. I like to shop at Best Buy stores. I can roam and shop in there for hours. If I can't find something the associates don.t just point to where it is, they litterally walk me to the location where I can find what I am looking for.

My previous phone died and I thought I would break down a buy a smart phone, but I didn't want to extend my contract. Decided to just get a no-contract phone to hold me over. Since previous phone was also a Samsung, I was not only familiar with features, but now have extra batteries and chargers. Overall, could not be beat for the price.

The phone is slow to turn on and if you are new to cell phones the menu is not self explanitory so you have to be unafraid to play with it. This phone is just used in case of emergency and as a quick contact. It has retained its charge for over a month with exceptionally light use. The pictures it takes are good. It has all the functionality you could want in a phone that is not part toy.

I needed a phone with a Bluetooth, but I don't really use the phone much. This was priced just right and it will sync up to my car, which is what I wanted. My old flip phone would show the display on the outside at all times while on, but this one only shows the display for a second, then it goes dark. I have to open the phone to check to see if it is on, or if I have missed any calls, etc. I have not used the camera yet, so I'm not sure of the quality of the pictures.

My use is minimal so far as this is truly an emergency phone, but so far, so good. I switched from TracFone to T-Mobile and like it better. The web site allows data sharing with the phone, so Address Book setup was a breeze. Other aspects of the web site look good. Phone itself is good size, easy to press buttons and very good user interface. Good manual included.

I purchased this phone because I just wanted the most basic of mobile phones for day to day use. For that I think this phone is just right with just the right pricing. I have been using phones like that before and this one, if not different, is also not bad than the ones I have used previously.

Purchased this phone for my child. My child takes the phone when we go to places with large crowds or while staying the night with a friend or relative. Their smartphones die and my child's battery goes for days without requiring a charge.

The phone is what you expect for the price. It's a compact phone. Easy to use. and it just works. Not a whole lot of bells and whistles here. I would recommend this phone as a cheap alternative phone.

Its just a cellphone for calls only... if you dont need more than that, get this phone. Its durable, easy to use and read, turns on fast and battery lasts several days.

If you just need a phone thats simpler than an iPhone, this ones perfect

Good for a cheap phone. I wish the speakerphone sound was louder. You have to hold it close to your head Inorder to hear it and people on the other side did not like the sound of it. Otherwise, for the cost of the phone, it's a good deal.

Works for just making calls. Needed a phone with no frills for work.
