The phone is a basic flip phone with a camera and not much else. It is good for someone who just wants a phone and doesn't need all the smart phone features.

I got this phone for my grandmother since she cant use any touch phones. So far its been great and its really easy to use .

I bought this phone to replace a phone that was under contract but had broken and snapped in half. I didn't want to go to my service provider because they would either charge me for a new phone or make me renew my contract. This phone was a very inexpensive alternative to the other options. It works great and I have no complaints.

I got phone to add to my T-mobile account. I didn't use it as a prepaid phone. I had another sime card and just put it in without a problem. The phone is great for what I will use it for, which is only to make phone calls. I bought another one for one of my parents, since they don't use any smartphones. Great phone.

I bought this for my 9 year old daughter and it is just right for her. I only paid $20 for it, so I don't really worry about her losing or breaking it.

Bought this because I needed a backup T-Mobile phone - mine was out for exchange. For $30.00, did all that I could possibly ask of it. Battery lasted a full day and had plenty left at the end.

Haven't used camera option yet, so can't provide rating. Phone used entirely for personal calls. No problem with dropped calls.

I bought this phone for my daughter as a 'starter' phone. I didnt want her to have internet capabilities, i just wanted a simple phone that she can call and text from. I am really happy with this, it seems to stand up to being dropped multiple times, which was another reason I was looking for a cheap phone. The same phone at Tmobile store was 80.00 so I was happy that i found this one for a lot cheaper.

The phone is nice and compact and the buttons are large enough that I can dial without a typing error but I do sometimes lose calls. I also need to add that the life of the battery is too short. I am a loyal customer of Best buy but I have to complain about the fact that you have a tendency to lose my loyalty or bonus points. Overall the phone is dependable.

Got a good deal on it. the battery last all week,haven't missed any calls!
