With one exception this is a nice phone - not too expensive, decent call quality, long battery life. But if you keep it in your pocket and your pocket isn't cavernous, it will drive you batty. It accidentally unlocks quite easily and the buttons are easy to press. You'll end up calling random people, taking pictures of the inside of you pocket, and turning your phone back on because it turned itself off. I think I manged to upload a picture of my pocket without even knowing it. But the most irritating thing is it will beep at you every time you move. When it is locked and a key is bumped it thinks you're trying to unlock it and helpfully beeps and gives you instructions on how to. Well, you can turn the beep of by putting it in silent or vibrate mode. Then you risk missing a call because you can't feel the vibration. My wife and I both regret having this phone for this reason. If you can leave this in a bag or purse, this is a fine phone. I've had this one four months now and I'm going to replace mine.
