I had a phone called a samsung 3G slider, I thought it was nice - I had to return to the store because the carrier wanted 15$ a month more for service than what most unlimited carriers asked. THIS Samsung T369 phone looked similar and somehow, I thought it would be comparable but it was not at all like the other phone (yet it cost) alot ...79.99 the same as the other phone. What I feel is that it is a cheap phone posing to be modern but actually the video and photo quality, speakers, speed of use and overall performance is disasterous. I do want my money back and hate how the phone handles, I have someone with the same phone that hates it more than me that I talk also with. I wish 80.00 could buy you 80.00 worth of technology- it is very cheap in how it runs and not sure why they sell it.

in my case this phone is horrible.i was the person who really wanted this phone but it turns out that its horrible and i would never spend my money on a cheap phone ever again.the screen got disconnected and broke off from the actual phone itself .now the slider just slides down very easy and the keyboard light keeps coming on even when the screen doesnt even work.the phone is junk.

Didn't like. too skinny. sounds horrible. Not the best samsung phone i have used
