I needed an inexpensive T-Mobile compatible phone to switch to T-Mobile until I could unlock my iPhone. For voice and data use, even tethering, it worked fine. Faster interaction than I expected. Cheap enough that I can keep it as a backup phone, and for possible use on a future vacation in an area T-Mobile uses Band 12, which my older iPhone doesn't support. If I decided to switch fully to Android, I probably would buy a higher end device. But I have several friends who have this same model, and they are happier with it than other inexpensive phones they have tried.

This is a nice phone if you don't care for a 700.00 phone. Great substitute.

Great phone for the price. Big screen. Not alot of memory but it's still good for the price.

I am so happy with my purchase.Why pay hundreds more for a phone when this one has every feature that I need? I am not one who spends just to follow trends.I saved enough to purchase one as a gift for my Mom also.Not to mention Best Buy had THE BEST PRICE of any of the stores I researched. I will always shop here FIRST.

This phone gets much better service than my last one. I love how much better the camera is too. It has a nice big, clear screen. The only downfall I can find is that it doesn't have as much memory space as I would like. I have to delete other apps to add new ones, even with an micro sd card in it.

My son really like his new phone because it has a big screen and take good pictures.

Got one for Christmas and gave one to daughter for Christmas. Then wife wanted one as she shattered her old phone, so based on my experience, we got another one. Three very pleased customers. Supposedly it's not what the super expensive phones are, but I don't miss anything. Recommended for sure.

I love my new Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime Smartphone way better than my previous Galaxy S3. The new one has a nice new layout and all of the functions are much more easier to use, as the display screens and icons are laid out more better. I highly recommend this smartphone. You will love it.

very good phone for under $200 and it has a good camera

Good size, great battery life and feels good in the hands. Only con is that it is only 8gb's and that goes fast. Had to buy a sd card but was no biggie.

Definitely recommend this product to those who want to update a phone at a reasonable price. I am very pleased with Best Buys price in comparison to the price quoted through the carrier of my service.

My old phone had a warranty but was no longer in stock. I upgraded to this phone and Best Buy split the cost difference with me. I am very happy with this phone. It is so much faster and performs so much better than my other phone. I would recommend this phone for the price, functions, and style. I am very satisfied with this upgrade. The staff at Best Buy were such a great help and made the warranty process so easy. Thank you.

this phone is a 200% upgrade from my last phone. It suited both of my needs,its very stylish and up to date. along with being in my price range without a contract. that was very important to me

I LIKE MY SAMSUNG GRAND PRIME BECAUSE IT'S RELIABLE AND SIMPLE TO USE. AND I LIKE THE SIZE, NOT TOO BULKY. IT HAS ALL THE FEATURES THAT I NEED, AND MORE. IT HAS TEXTING FEATURES THAT OTHER CELL PHONES DON'T HAVE. LIKE COMPLETING A SENTENCE OR PHRASE WITH ANTICIPATED WORDS. VERY NEAT FEATURE. I REALLY LIKE IT.

Samsung Grand Prime is a good and affordable smartphone. The response time is good as well as the size of the screen. Most of the phone at this price range will either have a small screen or old android OS or not very responsive. So far, it has been working great for my wife.
