This is my first smart phone. I didn't really want a bunch of bells & whistles since all I want to do is call and text. This does that but it is great having it connect to WiFi whatever I want to look something up real quick. A lot of reviews complained about how the camera isn't that great. It isn't but I wanted a phone I really didn't care if the camera was high ended. I have an actual camera for that.

My mom wanted a phone like everyone else, one she could get on the internet and send texts, she loves it. Very easy to use.

I bought this cell phone because of the good reviews it received. It was true to my expectations. The phone works nicely for the price I paid for, I can't complain.

The phone had a 14 day return policy... the screen developed several lines across the top on the 15th day. Don't expect much from a $30 phone. Got it for my mom to help her make the transition from flip phone to smart phone. She loves it! Except for the screen issue.

This phone is a good price budget phone. The phone is a basic Android smart phone, it is easy to use and it has all those apps like the more expensive phones.

For a $20 android phone this is 5 stars. Not a lot of memory so you cannot install too many apps, but it works well.

I use this as my backup phone. I have had to use it several times. I was surprised how well it worked. Its great as an everyday phone too. NO issues

Bought this for my young child purely for basic usage - calling and texting. Only uses it occasionally and now uses it as an alarm clock in the mornings. Also has a couple apps installed but they do not require a lot of processing power. Works perfectly for its intended purpose. I would not recommend this to someone who relies on their phone for anything more than what I've described. Very happy with our purchase.

Similar features to the galaxy S3, Easy to use, I would recommend this phone, It was definitely worth the cost. Way to go Best Buy!

I run the perk tv on these , its working fine, less crashes easy to setup and serves as my backup phone for $15 its a great buy

I bought this to tinker with Android and rooting. It worked great for this purpose. My first Android was an Evo 4G several years ago on Sprint. Back then it was great. Now... Obviously not as good as the flagships. You can expect to have a not optimal or dated experience. And you can always trade it in during offers with your carrier.

it's great backup smart phone. you could use it as a mp3 player, it worth the money.

Functions well, for a basic smartphone. Not a large amount of storage space, but udgradeable with card. Camera is ok for full lighting, but not for low lighting (no flash). Screen could be larger, but...

I've been using this as my main phone for a few weeks now. It's definitely a little slow and the screen size is smaller than I'd prefer, but for the price, it's hard not to recommend this little phone. Good call quality, music plays smoothly through the headphone jack, and the screen is big enough for typing. No major complaints.

This smartphone will get the job done. Don't expect the best camera or performance. You get what you paid for.

I used as second phone, everything looks good. some time goes slowly. It is cheaper one, good enough.

The ZTE Zinger is the exact type of prepaid phone that I was looking for. Lightweight, compact & stable. I've had the Zinger for a couple of months now and it hasn't crashed/locked up on me yet. It does what I need to with phone calls,emails & texting without blowing my budget. Highly recommended if looking for an android phone with no bells & whistles.

To be honest, I only used this phone for a few hours - it's someone else's now. This phone is about as good as you'll get for this price. However there are for sure a lot of downsides comparing it to pricier devices: horrible touch screen, horrible camera. But you get a decent phone for cheap.
