Aqara is an inexpensive way to monitor for leaks. It has saved us from great expense by notifying us of leaks under the kitchen sink and bathrooms. I have 6 of them monitoring kitchens, bathrooms, HVAC, Laundry Room and our Shed in the back yard. I highly recommend these as I have very little problems with them.

I had high hopes for this reasonably priced leak sensor. They said it would work with Smartthings and it did. Connected and worked well with routines. Unfortunately it would stay connected for a few hours and then go offline. Would have to delete and re add to get it back. This makes it useless as a leak sensor as it is unreliable.
