I really like this product. Good quality. It leaves hair looking smooth and straight with no frizz. It takes no time to finish since you only have to go over it one time.

This straightener is definitely better than the Chi that I just replaced. I feel like my hair feels softer and shinier after using it. It takes a little while to understand the controls, but after that, it is easy to use.
