The animation was a little simplistic, but still I enjoyed it.

We've been collecting 3D animated and family movies since we've purchased our 3D TV. Tad, The Lost Explorer has wonderful colors, keeps you interested in what's going to happend next and made me laugh several times. Would recommend this movie to all families.

Tad the Explorer is a fun little animated film. Taking cues from Indiana Jones and other treasure hunting adventure films, there is adventure and mystery to be had. The animation is great and the 3D is pretty good. It's sad that Tad never got a wide theater release, but you should definitely check it out.

When I rented this movie, it was amongst a random search for something to watch on a boring day. TAD, THE LOST EXPLORER is not one that received much attention through advertising or well noticed by consumers when it was released, but for those who do come across this family movie, it will be a fun little surprise and is better than you might think about it upon 1st glance. It incorporates humor that pays homage to pop cultural entertainment, all the while expressing an encouraging moral value through it's storyline.
