Some will say that they prefer coffee, but I only drink the stuff to give me that early morning lift. I prefer Taebo. It gives me more lift and I don't crash later. I sprint to not miss the pedestrian light after Taebo gets me into shape. More important is that it is great for cardiovascular exercise which is something a person approaching 64 years old can use on a daily basis.

I purchased this Taebo DVD as a gift to myself! Especially since a gym membership/personal trainer is out of the question for now. I own a lot of the old Taebo DVDs & had no idea Billy B is still in business. I was excited about my discovery & the price!!!! In addition to, this Taebo DVD really works you out!!!!!!

I've only done one workout on the dvd so far, but it is a good and intense one. I highly recommend watching the tutorial first before diving in. I do wish there was an indication of how long each segment was on the back of the box/dvd menu, but still a good workout.

Good back to basics workout made fun. Good workout for someone looking to get their cardio on without being too much. Especially for those just starting out or looking to get back in shape and shed a few pounds.

I've tried 3 workouts on this DVD and each one made me sweat. The moves are high intensity but you are able to modify them to your level of comfort. Great purchase!

This workout DVD really works all body parts but in a more engaging, less standard aerobic style method. It is challenging and you have to build up to it if you haven't been working out for a while.

I purchased this for my daughter , who has other ones. With the combined exercises on this dvd she is very happy and uses it all the time.
