After destroying several cheap plastic bottles bought this about 6months ago. Nice heavy duty metal bottle that has held up to a few drops with hardly a scratch. Keeps ice frozen for over 24hours even in a hot car. When placed in freezer with some water inside, water does not freeze all the way. (A sign of good insulation) My only negative is, I think the logo is Fugly but easily covered up with a sticker.

This a great bottle. I can put cold/hot liquid in it and it remains a good all day. The handle is also convenient and easy to use.

I use this when I'm backpacking in hot weather. I fill it about half way and put it in the freezer for about 2 days (it's insulated really well, so even with the lid off it takes a long time to freeze). Then I fill it the rest of the way with water on the day I leave so it is always cold.

This bottle is awesome! It keeps my coffee hot all day, and it's super easy to clean so that I can drink water out of it without it tasting like coffee. It's also dishwasher safe!

This water bottle is honestly way better than I thought. It keeps my water so cool and I don’t have to refill it very often throughout the day.

Definitely worth the price! Great bottle! Actives 40oz is the one if you're looking for bigger-sized bottles.

Cooling is good but not hot as it is nit maintaining heat for long which needs to be improved

When you take the top off there is a small and big gasket to seal the bottle. These two seals will start to grow mold no matter how good you clean or soak them and Takeya will not replace seals or bottle for this issue.

This Takeya water bottle holds plenty of water, about 1.2 liters. I've used it every time I go to work in a warehouse and it lasts me all through the shift. It has a blue rubber base that matches the color of the bottle that can be taken off if you want. When the bottle is empty it's more likely to fall over without the rubber base. It has a quick-screw lid that can be pushed back in place so that it won't land on your face every time you drink from the bottle, which would be annoying. Inside the bottle is all stainless steel construction container to hold your beverage, so there's no plastic whatsoever in contact with what you drink, hence the price. Its thermos qualities is pretty good; my water with ice remained cold for over 10 hours and it still had little bits of ice, granted the bottle was indoors. About keeping your drink hot, like coffee, it will be kept hot for several hours which is acceptable. This water bottle is also made of tough materials; I don't worry about dropping it on hard or concrete floors at all. One minor con is that the bottle is about a foot tall, and I just wish it was a little wider. I've gotten used to it though. The bottle does come with a little handle that's attached to the quick-screw lid (just look at the product pictures). It looks flimsy at first, but it turned out to be quite sturdy when holding a full water bottle. Overall, after many months of use, I do not regret buying this bottle which is why I take it with me to work all the time.

The double wall insulated vacuum keeps my drink cold for up to 24 hours so that I may enjoy a refreshing drink even on the hottest days. I take the bottle with me on the go without worrying about spills because of its insulated leakproof spout lid. Likewise, the bottle dishwater safe for easy cleaning, it is BPA-free, it is made of a durable and high-quality stainless steel, and it comes in a variety of colors to fit each persons need.

Very convenient size and great companion for the whole day/night to remain hydrated. Maintains the temperature well and easy to open and clean.

Of course living in Arizona the biggest thing is hydration. I have tried a few bottles going the cheap way out but I saw the reviews for this bottle and instantly fell in love. Keeps ice or cold drinks cold for 24 hours. Love that it doesn’t leak or have that nasty smell most cups claim they don’t have. Love not having to worry about water or whatever your drinking not just dump on you as the spout is wide enough. The blue is fantastic as well.

This water bottle has been great, and I am very satisfied with it. It's durable and hold a lot of water. It's not one that can fit in the car and it's pretty bulky and a bit heavy, but it doesn't leak, and it keeps my drink cold or hot. I add flavor packets to my water and the taste or smell is easily washed out of the bottle, but not as easy to get it out of the top. I only say that because I tried these flavored bags that were so nasty, and I had trouble getting the smell out of the lid. I do love this color and the paint seems very durable after taking a little abuse.

Durable and keeps water cold. I have abused mine quite a bit and it still keeps anything i put in it coldd all day long.

The color of this bottle is great. The handle is designed well and the lid makes it easy to drink from. It most definitely keeps my water cold. The only con is the price. Very expensive for its purpose. The only reason I have it is because I had a Best Buy Gift card to help curve the cost.

This bottle work so well when you put ice in it and drink all of the liquid you still have ice 24 hours later! I like the fat that it does not leak anywhere if you lay it down you don't have to worry about spills! Has two caps, a fill cap and he drinking cap! And a little handle to carry it with. Best one ever!

I wanted a water bottle that would withstand the terror of 2 active boys. It had to survive a beating all day long at their day camps and keep the water cold all day. This product has delivered--and even though they have been tossed around, dirtied, tumbled, swung around, bounced, slid around, kicked, and every other thing boys do to water bottles they have survived and keep coming back for more. The lid design is such that it does not break or chip when scuffed and after a tumble. Unlike cheaper water bottles we have had (and all of them are cheaper), these 2 bottles are both still making the rounds everyday at camp. They are hydrated and love them. I highly recommend this product. Five + stars.
