So I wanted something I could make more that one cup of tea without using my tea kettle. I love that I can use it hot and not only make ice tea. The only thing I wish was that the tea strainer wasn't to long, it's a bit hard to get it cleaned. But all in all I'd buy another just so I can have my two tea flavors already made for the day.

I have been in the market for a 2 quart Ice Tea Maker and this just did the trick. The Takeya is a great thing with the included filter so you can either brew it their method or just cold brew. They also give you a sample tea to try for your first time. I think this is a great idea and should be implemented in other pitchers.

It's super easy to make any flavor ice tea and have it in the fridge. The container is also easy to clean and store.

I love different tea flavors as well as I love having my refreshing iced and or hot cup of tea daily so this was a must have when I saw it. It does the job it described to do. The only reason I did not give a 5 because it is somewhat difficult to get the little cup that holds the tea in place out when you finish. Overall, it is a good investment and I'm loving it.

This is by far the easiest way to make fresh, chilled tea. It is ready in a matter of minutes.

This ice tea maker was not an intended purchase but a fluke. I originally went to best buy to ask a question at the Geek Squad station and wandered over to the appliance area. I noticed this product and thought it was just another container that holds tea. I decided to purchase it because it was on sale and at a bargained price. Boy was I wrong!!! I opened the box and discovered that sample teas came with the container. I read the instructions (which were simple), boiled the water and followed the steps. Voila and in less than 10 minutes I had a iced beverage that rivaled Starbucks (my favorite place in the world). I have not been to Starbucks to get an iced tea in over 2 months. You can also use regular tea bags so it allowed me to clean out my lipton tea bags that were not being used. This was a great purchase and I recommend this product to all my iced tea consumers.

I bought this as an impulse when I moved into a new apartment, and it's been my best kitchen friend. The pitcher seals shut, making it a flexible occupant of our refrigerator.

It's a great way to make sweet tea and very easy to use.

Ive owned this more than 6m and the quality is still great. The attachments for the tea making can come off and you can store the drinks in the fridge. Its not too tall i just put in the side door that fits the pitcher. Nice colors. Doesnt leak

I like the fact that you can pour boiling water right into the pitcher. The height of the pitcher is awkward in my refrigerator- I have to lay it down.

I drink a lot of tea and have used this tea maker in combination with the Hamilton Beach 1.7L kettle. I can make a full container of tea in about 10 minutes, including time for the tea to steep. No complaints.

I love tea and never knew an item like this existed. The tea that comes with it is superb and the process to make the tea is so easy. Now I can have iced tea on my fridge all the time.
