The fact that the top stays attached after you unscrew it is outstanding. The lid comes off easily for cleaning. My experience has been that it keeps things very cold - in my car it had to be over 130 degrees - my thermos still had ice in it and the water inside was freezing! I haven't tried it with hot beverages yet.

Awesome water bottle

I was amazed that after hours in 95+ degree heat that most of the ice I put in the bottle in the morning was still there later in the day. Great all around bottle.
