This water bottle is great for keeping beverages cold or hot; however you prefer. It is best if you prep the bottle with either ice or hot water before putting the actual beverage in first; it prolongs the cold/hot. The bottle does dent very easily though. After just a week of use for school and work, there were multiple dings and dents on the bottle.

I personally like the 32 0z. bottle better but this one does exactly the same things, keeps cold beverages cold and hot beverages hot. I just prefer one that will hold more liquid.

This bottle really does keep drinks cold for hours and is great for the gym. Fits well in the car cup holder too. I have not tried hot liquids yet, but would definitely recommend this bottle.

The BEST darned water bottle ever! Love everything about it, especially the lid. Easy to clean and fill. The handle if comfortable but not in the way.

I mainly use this for cold drinks. It works great and works even better if I put a few ice cubes in about 5-10 minutes before adding the liquid.

Keeps liquids extremely cold when you add ice. I've left it sitting out overnight and it's still icy cold in the morning. I love the color too.
