      We do apologize for the inconvenience with your bottle. Our 17oz should be able to keep your hot and cold temperature, The insulation on our bottles work for both temperatures. TakeyaUSA

    I bought several of these and all the caps broke within a week. One 1-2 ft fall will break the plastic rendering it unsuable. Save your money.
