    The Gen 1 tamagotchi we had ordered experienced glitches as screen display issues, unresponsive buttons, and erratic behavior. We replaced the product. And now it works fine. However, I recommend ordering Gen 2 tamagotchi, Gen 2 tamagotchi have more features, like the ability to play games based on numbers, and overall looks like more reliable product. Overall my kids love it.

    I bought this as a stocking stuffer for Christmas. My daughter loves it once she learned how it worked. It keeps them engaged with learning how to take care of something, including this electronic pet. I rated 3 starts for value because i think it's pricey. I would rate 5 stars for quality. I would rate 3 stars for ease of use. My daughter had to watch video tutorials to learn how to work it. Nevertheless, it's fun and entertaining.

    My daughter had fun with it for a few weeks, but they lost interest. Not the itema fault, just doesn't have enough to keep kids attention now-a-days
