    Wow. Such a great lens. Amazingly sharp with a great aperture all the way down matched with image stabilization makes for a beast of a wide-angle zoon lens. It's built strong and steady and feels great to work with. Manual focus is smooth and auto-focus is near silent. Definitely one of my favorite lines to ever use.

    I used canon 16-35 version II &III as well but picture quality is way better thru this lens then any of those canons and even Nikons. Great job making this lens so affordable and maintaining quality better then canon and Nikon

    So glad Best Buy is opening up their options to offer 3rd party lenses. These companies have really stepped up their game and have some lenses that rival Nikon and Canons best glass at a reasonable cost.. Recently received the Tamron 15-30 f2.8 and got to use it alongside my 24-105 f4L Canon lens on the Canon 5D III. Amazing results...sharp all across the frame, great contrast and color. Some images look sharper from the Tamron than the Canon L. The IS on the Tamron is a great addition...it will be used often. Very happy I went with the Tamron.
