Arrived Damaged

Super excited on how quick the 5 movies I bought arrived. When I opened the package (plastic envelope- not a box), I realized all 5 movies were damaged. It seems someone got angry and stepped on each one. Weird thing is that there is no damage on the shipping packaging material, just on the movies. Returning these is a pain. Bestbuy seems to want to make it impossible to return, short of going to the store. Every movie will cost $6 to return. Disappointed and upset since their service quality has gone down hill over the years.

NOW I'M STUCK WITH TANGLE

She said it was long and boring. She gave it to her girlfriend who said the same thing.

Loved the Movie. Poor quality DVD!

Saw the moving twice and she laughed almost all the way through. So what happened when Disney burned it to DVD? The worst quality DVD ever. Looks like a copy of a copy of a copy. Dark, grainy and faint lines going through it. Would'nt mind if it included a free digital download but that's an additional expense.
