I have a bad back so I like to have exercise equipment that is very easily used and small in compact to help me lose weight. I had two back surgeries and cannot do extensive exercise. This item is small compact easy to use and will still help me get into shape.
I would recommend this to a friend

The rubber covering the handle were torn , l threw away the box it came with will have returned
