I've had my laptop for 4 years and it gets a lot of use. It was not holding a charge so I popped in to the staff at Geek Squad and they determined I needed a new charger. Since it was not in the store or anywhere close they ordered for me. Told me it wouls be 14 days but it actually came in 2. LOVE THE GEEK SQUAD, Almost time to renew my contract.

It does a good job of charging and price was great.
