Great Case

The shoulder strap works well, i just wish the pad stayed in place better. I have taken it on 4 planes and a few car trips and it has help up nicely while keeping everything safe.

Has held up well to commute. Case bulges if packing bulky items, but I expected that when I purchased. Shoulder strap works well, but could use a bit more padding, is long enough that can use for a messenger bag cross-body carry or over single shoulder.
