My sons loves the way this protects his laptop in his backpack.

If you're making a big invest, I.e a Mac. I would highly recommend you provide yourself with the best protection. The Targus bag is very reliable. It absorbs contact much better than many other cases I've had before.

My only grief with the laptop sleeve is that the amount of additional storage space is minimal. I get concerned about putting too much in the front compartment due to it pressing into the stored laptop (laptop charger, mouse, etc.).

The bag suits my needs and I like the way it looks.

It's thin, perhaps a tad bit too thin for MacBook Air, plus work papers.

I was looking for a sleeve/case to fit my son's 15.6 inch MSI laptop. He has been taking it to school on a regular basis in his backpack and it was getting pretty beat up. This Targus case provided the best protection I could find for, especially for the corners of the laptop. It is a snug fit for the MSI, but it does fit and everything closes. I like that the case is slim enough that it still fits in his backpack, but he can also carry it separately if he chooses. The price was a little expensive compared to other cases/sleeves, but I think it is worth it for the added protection.

Nice size bag for my son's computer. It's small enough that he can put his computer in this bag and then put the bag inside his backpack.

Great carry case if you only want to carry around a Mac Book. Tough also for travelling on a bicycle. If you drop the Mac it protects the laptop.
