These are sturdy and flexible at the same time. I use one to hold up my recorder when doing a podcast. I bought this one because it was a little beefier to hold a camera.

I often need to use a tripod when I take long zoom shots but the terrain doesn’t always lend itself to using a traditional tripod or monopod. With the articulated tripod, I can wrap it around a signpost, fencepost, car window frame (as I did for the eagle pic) or almost anything to set up the tripod and get the perfect shot. I’m very happy with this product.

The leg gripping design is not user-friendly, I also don't like the way it feels when I'm holding it. If you're on a budget and don't plan on holding anything big this will work fine. If you can wait, save a bit and move up the food change on these things I would advise going that route. I needed one of these in a pinch and went with this but it did not last long and went to a more user-friendly but expensive model. The "bolt" leg design works but they're better designs. It is built well, grips the equipment once attached and the head adjustments are easy to do and also hold well.

Built like a tank. Kind of heavy. Very versatile. A little too big but gets the job done. I use it for still wide angle video. Best Buy had best price when I purchased.

not my go to Tripod, a lot bigger than I'd like, legs could be a bit tedious to adjust to your specific liking as well, but over all its solid and can hold a bit of weight, maybe if it had some kind of foam covering on the legs it would be much better

This tripod is great for propping up the camera or simply for holding while walking around. I love it and and happy with the purchase. Very easy to attach camera by simply turning it like a screw.

It does what it’s supposed to. It grips things and make it easier to place my GoPro in different places and such. However, my only issue is I can’t find a screw that fits perfectly into the screw hole to connect my GoPro to it. I feel like I have to force it a lot to get it to fit. It’s a very tight fit screw. I pray I don’t strip the threads each time I use it. If they never strip, I don’t mind that it is tough, but until I know, I’m going to take it easy. But it does do what it’s supposed to do and is a very nice versatile stand!

I’ve had about three tripods for my vlogging and this is by far the best one ! Being able to move the tripod legs to any way you want literally! If you need to be shifted to the side or any angle this is the tripod to go to ! It’s very helpful with the camera angles

When you first look at this stand it makes you think will it hold up to the challenges. I have been very surprised on how well this stand has held up. I have hung it in a tree, set it on top of things and even just use it as a selfie stick

This has been amazing for sporting events! It's so easy to wrap around a railing and video from your phone and still be able to experience what's happening instead of watching it through the phone.

The targus grupton pro tripod works great for me. I am able to hold my camera and not look awkward. I can also set up my camera for pictures or videos. It’s a great Tripod for content creators who are just starting out.

Great for vlogging. Comfortable to hold. It’s nice you can twist and bend the legs if you need to have a certain angle. Also can loop the legs around something if you need to prop your camera .

We bought this on sale and it was a great buy for the money. It's been wrapped around tree branches and things of that nature for interesting photo ops. Of course, it also works well as a tripod.
