My old cover was smart, but didn't have the ability to hold the IPAD upright so I always had to hold it. This one works great. Easy to open flip it over to hold or stand and also works vertically. I wished it had a Smart Cover, but it is not the end of the world. I've gotten used to shutting if off before I close the cover. The four elastic hold straps make it easy to remove for cleaning and inserting it back in. I ended up getting this when it was on sale, so it was a real bargain and we'll worth the investment.

Just purchased my first iPad Mini and wanted a basic black, professional looking case that the iPad easily slipped into, yet felt it was solid and wouldn't slip out…this one works great! Would recommend!

works good. light weight. looks good. inexpensive. only bad thing is that you have to take the ipad out of the case in order to take pictures. the camera hole is blocked by the case

The case works well with the iPad Mini. Very convenient to be able to stand the iPad up with the Kickstand style. Also offers good protection.

I didn't want to spend so much money on a cover for my iPad mini nor did I want a cheap material neither. This one is much better than my Logitech. My Logitech didn't last long and it broke on parts where it was suppose to hold my iPad in. I like this one because it's protects and hold my iPad like it suppose to.

It is sturdy and stands up nicely. It also fits yhe key board perfectly. Small, not bulky, and looks professional.

This is a no frills case, but does what its supposed to. I had a mid-range case previously and the vegan leather for that one fell apart. This Targus case keeps my IPad Mini in place, the kickstand works, and the holes for the camera are where they're supposed to be. I'm happy with my purchase.

Good case for IPad mini. Gives it good protection. Like the kickstand, props it up at good angle.

This is a lite-weight easy to carry case for my ipad. It opens and closes with ease and the cover folds flat behind the ipad. The cover also becomes a stand for a sideway view of whatever you are doing. My only regret is that I wish there were a clear envelope that acts as a screen protector.

Does exactly what I was looking for. Keep is safe in my back pack and a nice little stand.

Works good but the only complaint is that I cannot charge my ipad mini on a charging unit with the case on since it is too bulky for the charging part to fit on the ipad with the case. I would have given it 5 stars if I could charge with the case on.

Fit like a glove the first time. Doesn't weigh much. Great for the IPad 3.

Good for the price. Was hard getting the iPad into it. The elastic holders is not great. But overall a decent product.

I recently bought a few tablets to try out and desperately needed a case. Came in to Best Buy last minute before closing and found this as one of the remaining universal cases that weren't pink or purple. It was expensive in my opinion since I normally buy online. But after using for a few weeks I am very pleased with the quality. It's very solid, and I like the way the material feels. You can tell it was built well. The only reason I wouldn't give it 5 stars is the price. For those people who love to buy stuff at best buy then you won't regret buying this one.

Got this on sale and it holds iPad mini securely. Not too fancy but I wasn't looking for that. Kickstand feature is nice for viewing.

There are so many cases and covers available for the iPad, I didn't know what to choose. This one looked sturdy and attractive and the fact that it flipped over into into a stand was a definite plus. I am very happy with my purchase!

Bought this for my mom for her mini pad and it's lightweight and easy for her to use. She simply puts into her purse and doesn't worry about scratching up her mini pad. She now got rid of the box the mini pad came in.

This case is made of a durable leather with soft inner side. I traded my iPad mini in and got an iPad mini 2 and it fits perfectly also. I would highly recommend this item for an iPad mini 1,2,3.
