I purchased this bag for my son to carry his laptop to school. However, after three weeks the zipper broke as well as part of the loops holding the shoulder strap. As a result the bag no longer closes and even if it did, He could not carry his over his shoulder as the strap holder threatens to rip completely. Not a good buy at all!

This thing broke WHILE i was carrying it. The strap on the laptop case snapped right off. IThe case ended up hitting the ground, and my laptop cracked. All I had in the case was my laptop and the charger. Cant really fit anything else into it. I suggest you go for a better one that can actually protect your laptop up to some extent. Ive only had this laptop for less than 3 months and now its cracked due to the poor quality of this case.

I got this bag with a package deal with my new "acer" laptop computer. The bag was made for a much smaller computer...smaller that a 16th inch! It would be a great bag with if fit my computer!

i got it with a with a package deal with a 16" laptop and the laptop does not even fit into the bag. It is for 15.5" laptops and smaller not for 16" laptops like it says its for on the tag in the store. online here it shows the right size that it will fit but in the store best buy put a sticker that says it will fit a 16" laptop under the sticker it says 15.5" laptop.

This case came with the HP Lap Top package I purchased and was an immediate disappointment. It may protect the Lap Top from scratches but if the poorly attached handle or strap comes apart the Lap Top will sustain severe damage.

Whenever I would carry it somewhere, the strap would squeak, which was just very annoying. Then after using it about once a week for 9 months, the strap completely broke off and the zipper also fell apart. I would recommend spending more to get a better product.

I expected a nice carry bag and it ended up being a foam type bag. So not what I expected. Doesn't feel very sturdy so I went out and purchased something else.
