Picked it up the day before a presentation in front of a convention sized room. I like to wander and work large rooms when presenting and this little remote functioned flawlessly. Just plug the receiver into your USB & away you go.

I bought the item for my church when I noticed that the pastor had to keep going back to the computer to change a slide. Now, not only does he have greater continuity in his programs, but we see the laser point being used frequently. He said he can do even more with the remote, but he has only had a couple minutes to play with it so far, beyond the changing slides.

I needed a remote for making presentations with my Macbook Pro. I just recently made the switch from windows and was looking for the same ease of operation I am used to with PowerPoint and all the accessories that are available for Windows PC's. This remote does everything I expected!

I needed a way to advance my PowerPoint screens when making presentations using a projector and my laptop. The Targus remote does a great job in doing this. I also like the built-in laser pointer, which I use to highlight key things on the screen. It also has a handy built-in location on the remote for storing the wireless communicator when not in use.

I have owned a couple other remotes and they were cheaply constructed, and both were unreliable. This remote is easy to use and seems to work for a large distance from my computer, which is very handy. Also, has easy to use laser pointer.

Its a very simple remote that gets the job done. It would be great if the button to disable the black out and end presentation function required an extended push and hold period instead of just a tap, but the dual color LED lets you know quickly that the extra buttons are active. We like this controller.

Used to show PowerPoint briefings for college class I teach. Being electronically challenged I was cautiously optomistic about the results. All of my apprehension was wasted time. Worked perfectly and made my three hour class much more interactive, instead of having to walk back to the podium to advance the slide with a mouse.
