I installed the Targus Plug-N-Power Charging Station to kill two birds with one stone: provide surge-protected power to my computer and USB charging ports for my iPad and iPhone. The Plug-N-Power Charging Station provides three outlets (however, it covers both outlets, so your net increase is one), along with two USB ports. One potential downside -- there is a bright green LED at the top of the Plug-N-Power Charging Station to indicate that it's active. It's bright enough that it could actually function as a mini night light. Not so great if you're placing it in a bedroom.

I saw this in the store and thought it was a great concept, it works great right over your existing outlet. I can charg my iPad and cell phone with no problems plugged directly into the USB ports. I just wish the light at the top of this wasn't quite so bright!

I recently purchased this adapter since I did not wan to remove plug and install a permanent one. This worked for me and my household so well I purchased one for every room

I have been using this since 2012 and it works great. I charge my cell phone and watch using the USB built in chargers everyday.

Unit was plug/play. I particularly like that it screws into the outlet for added security. The build in protection is nice and the USB outlets come in handy for our tablets and phones.

Works great for charging multiple devices. Only complaint is the surge protection light is a bit bright to have in the bedroom at night, kind of like having a nightlight in the room.

We have this mounted in our kitchen and it's perfect because it provides extra electrical outlets to plug things into when working in the kitchen and we can charge our electronic devices at the same time. It also allows us to charge multiple electronic devices at one time. We have 2 iPhones and an iPad and can charge all at the same time. When family members are at our house and need to charge their phones, there's enough outlets for them to do this.

This is a great item to have in the dorm room. I purchased this item because it is small.

Got this outlet so I could have the USB ports. Adapters can get lost or you may need more than one at a time. This solves that problem. Very nice and the light up top acts like a night light.

I purchased this to create one location for charging of our small electronics. It works well, allowing us to keep all our tablets and cell phones charged and ready.

Great plug! I use this in my room at work to plug in my iPad and iPhone to charge at night. The only down fall is the green protected light that stays on is pretty bright at night
