There are several pockets/sections to store the mouse, backup battery and other computer accessories. We use this bag with a 15inch HP laptop.

Great reliable backpack for a laptop

It fits my 13 inch MacBook Pro and has a lot of room for notebooks, cables/chargers, books, and office supplies.

I was pleasantly surprised to find that there was some sort of promotion and for $23 I got thebag, set of headphones, wirless mouse, 8gb memory stick and a portable power supply!
