Does what I need it to do. I originally purchased a different guard online but they weren’t wide enough, so I went to Best Buy for convenience. Luckily, I bought the last pack in stock. The first cover I took out of the package was broken. I had trouble removing the paper backing off the adhesive on the 2nd guard, and ended up removing the adhesive too, rendering it unusable. I carefully took the 3rd guard out of the package, struggled removing the paper backing, and successfully placed it over my webcam. It’s on there, but I notice it slides slightly up and down, I’m guessing when I open and close my laptop lid. It does what I need it to, but I just wish the adhesive was a little stronger. I cleaned my monitor prior to application. I have a different guard on my personal laptop and do not have any issues with movement.

I'm not gonna lie, I felt totally stupid paying for such a simple product. But, after installing it and using it a few times I was totally vindicated. It is great and very much a life changer for anyone who uses their laptop camera more than every once and a while. I previously was taking tape one and off and re sticking it on. If you are, as I was, concerned about your laptop closing with it on, I can confirm that it works on a MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Mid 2015). Also, it comes with two others to give away to friends...

This handy little set came with a couple different colors to choose from which was nice. Also it was super easy to install which made it an even better purchase for me.

I got one a few years back and it was firm, solid. This one does it's job but handle with care, it's very thin and flimsy.

I bought these to cover my webcam on my monitor. I used to have a post-it note but it kept falling off. Once attached it is easy to slide open and closed. I did have mont it upside down so the microphone would not be blocked, which was no problem to do.

Feels silly to review such a tiny product but here we are. My wife purchased this for her laptop to get rid of the eyesore version she made by cutting up a posted note + tape. Laptop closes completely. Good deal considering it brings 3 of them in the package.

This product does exactly as advertised. It helps me feel safe from people viewing through my camera without my permission. Well, I guess they still could, they would just be getting an up close look at the back of this.

I have heard about people hacking into webcams, so I wanted to take precaution. I stumbled upon this product and had to get it. It's easy to install and use, and it better than putting tape on your camera. You can slide on and off the cover. Plus, for $10 you get 3 covers. Can't beat that

I absolutely love the sliding mechanism of the camera cover. I like the extra layer of feeling that I’m safe to use my computer just about anywhere without accidentally having my camera rolling in the background and having an unexpected audience! Hah! Comes in a three pack for all your electronics or to share with those friends of yours, you know who they are!

Very effective security measure that is simple to install. The slide moves very easily so it's necessary to remember to check that the slide door is still covering the lens when webcam not being used.

The spy guard webcam cover ensures my privacy - especially when in and out of meetings. I like that it is easy to use and not easily removable. I had another that kept coming off - so I thought I would try this brand. Pricing is just right and with three I was able to share with family members. Especially good when you have kids going on the laptop to do their homework and you need to keep their privacy.

affordable, nice and easy slide, worth it and does it purpose

I purchased these for my phone as I used to use one on an older phone. The problem is that with most functions on the top of my Galaxy S22 phone are inaccessible. I works great on my laptop but I will need to find another soloution for my phone.

This is a really simple and inexpensive way to protect your privacy (a bit) if you have a Web cam. Looks better than using tape!

Inexpensive and easy to use. Just peel the double sticky tape and put over your camera on your computer. Slides open and shut easily, but does not distract from appearance.

Simple, easy to use. I have a school laptop that I was worried about. I also use them when I rent a Tesla to cover up the interior facing camera. Good product!

nice variety of colors, works well and stays in place. slider makes it easy to toggle use of webcam and then cover properly and completely for privacy. now for my microphones!
