After one month of use the lap top section zipper threshold came undone. Single stich vs. double. Taking it back for refund.

It is a good-size back-pack with lots of compartments for all your goodies. Shoulder straps are padded for comfort and the bottom of bag has a padded sturdy bottom to stabilize bag. The handle seems reinforced but I have had this brand of bag before with similar handle and the threading after good time of heavy use began to come loose but I did put the bag through heavy duty wear and tear. There are 2 big main zipper sections. One is for padded laptop and that section is divided into 3 compartments so you can secure laptop in padded area and then add folders in the middle compartment and there is a zipper pocket area to add extra things like power cord. Then, the other main big zipper compartment allows you to add books or tools...this is one big spacious compartment. Then, there are 2 medium size pockets for organization of wallet, keys, phone, calculator, etc; one small zipper pocket on front of bag; 2 medium size pockets on sides of bag, and one decent size zipper compartment at the very top of bag, The placement of the pockets are very good and practical/functional. There is place for water bottle, phone and keys. This is a great heavy duty bag. I would have given it 5 stars but I know after serious 6 months use, the thread around handle will start coming undone but I use my bag to lug heavy tools and some equipment and laptop for av work and I travel with this bag so I put this bag through some serious use! But I would buy again and would recommend esp when on sale;)

Did research on Targus backpacks, TANC looks like it is a BestBuy exclusive, Targus.com website doesn't carry it. So far I used it for 3 days with no problems, zippers seems okay. Wish in lieu of yellow tabs they offered it in a nice blue color. Like the thin vertical reflective strips. Pocket wise, it is up and up with the M1000 which I had prior to this one. I just wanted a change in look.

This may be the best business backpack I have ever owned. Handle on top is reinforced, shoulder straps are sturdy and padded.

This backpack looks great and is everything you could want in a backpack functionally and style-wise. Except it does not hold up to moderate/light use. After using it for less than 4 weeks, the shoulder straps (threading) are separating and will have to be fixed if I want to continue using it. Both Best Buy and Targus should be able to do better.
