I bought this for an old iPad too. It works great for what we use it for. It's used in our church as a control system for our digital mixing board. Turned on its side the ridges are deep enough that it holds it up securely.

This case is a little bulky but it protects my ipad well and has a lot of versatility. I enjoy the black color because it doesn't show a lot of dirt. My only complaint is that the magnetic strip doesn't always shut the ipad down so you have to click the button at the top to put it in sleep mode.

I have an iPad 2, which I don't want to replace. However, the original cover was cracked and the iPad was sliding out. I needed a cover that would protect the iPad well. There are hardly any such cases available any more, since Apple has changed the iPad's shape and size. The salesman showed me this case, and it is perfect! My iPad snaps right in, I can stand it up at various angles, and even turn it from portrait to landscape orientation. It is exactly what I needed, and I am delighted with it.

Well made and durable. This is our 2nd cover having worn out the last one like this over the course of 4 years, going everywhere. Fair price for good value, with it's swivel tilt so you prop it up. Nice.

It does what I want so far, but so did the last one I bought until it started coming apart. It's a little bit heavier than I expected. But maybe that means it's sturdy. Because I've had this iPad for a few years it's harder to find cases for it in stores. I like this one a lot so far.

Targus consistently puts out great products. I have given this as a gift and purchased one for myself because these cases are perfect. The case protects my tablet and gives some room to store a pen and some business cards.

Get this case. I tried a cheaper one after I gave my original Targus to my daughter but then I didn't even want to use the Ipad unless I really had to. The Targus is the real deal. Suck it up and pay a little more - no regrets

I needed a new cover for my iPad and was interested in finding one with a "rotation" for the orientation. This cover has the rotation that I need. Sometimes when I close the cover; however, the iPad does not put itself in sleep mode for a few minutes (my previous cover did).

This is case is pretty good for the most part. It's pretty handy with the kickstand and turn-about utility frame. But it's quite bulky and the style is not as sleek as other cases. Still one good case though. Protection of tablet is key with this product and its there for sure.

I bought this case to replace a cheaper swivel case that had worn out. The swivel hinge on this case is quite thick, so it adds a lot of thickness to the iPad. I prefer a flap closure over this case's elastic band - the band isn't very quick or convenient to flip every time I use the tablet, so I usually just leave it unsecured. This case has a magnet in its cover that turns off the iPad screen when you close the case, and it works much more consistently than the other case I had. Overall, I am happy with this case, but a flap closure would be preferable for durability and convenience.

The Targus VersaVu 360 provides good protection for our Apple iPad, as well as provides versatility in its ability to allow us to turn and view in portrait or landscape while popping it up at an angle on the table.

This is the best iPad case ever, the adjustable levels makes it easy to use and convenient for the user to read and use the iPad. Protective case is very safe, I still do not have any scratches or dents in my iPad.

I have been longing for something like this to my IPAD 4. Quality is outstanding and is now so easy to use rest the laptop at any angle and watch videos. It also protects the IPAD completely.

I went to find a new case and the squad put me onto this. Its been great & does everything you want a case to do, namely protect the iPad. It also allows flexibility in the viewing position, which I use all the time.

I like this case very much, particularly because the iPad can rotate 360 degrees. I always had a problem with my previous case if the power input was on the wrong side or if I wanted the iPad to sit vertically. This case allows all positions. It's sturdy enough to protect the device if it is dropped. The only drawback is that the company claims that the device will shut off when the case is closed. That does not happen, as the closed case does not apply enough pressure. Therefore it does not turn the device off. But that is a minor issue. Generally, I'm happy with this case and recommend it!

With this case the iPad is protected when tossed on the couch or accidentally dropped by our grandkids. When we use it to skype the rotating feature helps us set it up to improve the quality of the video from us,

This case is the most highly functional that I have seen. It is also sturdy and offers great protection for the Ipad. I have recommended it to friends who in turn have purchased one for themselves.

We have really enjoyed this iPad case. It provides an excellent level of protection to the device itself and has awesome functionality. I don't think there's any reason I can find to complain about it.

The Targus cover is very easy to use and has a great feature that allows you to rotate the iPad easily. My only poor comment is that the grooves to prop up the iPad could be slightly deeper, the iPad slips out easily from the grooves which is a bit annoying.

Love the leather look & the apple showing through the opening. It protects the I-Pad very well too! The ability to turn it vertically is wonderful with so many things only working vertically!
