I had a Zagg screen film installed and less than 20 days after attaching the Targus case to my iPad Air 2 a black line apoeared on the screen. The Apple Store tech lifted the Zagg film and discovered it was the Zagg film was discolored. The line matched one of the cover groove tops. So the discoloration came from the Targus cover. I suppose one could spray the cover groives with a sealantvof some kind. Targus should correct this. I like the case for its Portrait and Landscape capability and that is why I'll be keeping it.

The price was right. The case protects my ipad, allows me to use ipad in landscape and portrait mode.

Bought this for my Ipad air 2, fits perfectly. Feels secure and I love the swivel for landscape or portrait viewing. Are there better cases out there, sure, but I am very satisfied with the looks and function of this case. Another plus is the strap that keeps it closed when your not using it

I have had a Targus - VersaVu Classic Plus Case for my iPad 2 for at least two years and have found it to be the best, but not lightest, of any iPad case I tried. The Targus - VersaVu Classic Plus Case for my iPad Air 2 seems just as sturdy and versatile. Very good viewing positions in both landscape and portrait positions. One minor negative - no magnet to turn the screen off in the case for the iPad Air 2..

I bought one for my dad, very excellent design. It is much better than the smart cover I bought before. Works really great! I hope it can have more colors available in the future.

This version is much improved from previous versions. The grooves that keep the iPad upright are much deeper so the iPad just doesn't collapse with the slightest movement.

This item functions just as it should. Good quality product. The only thing that I dislike is that it does not have a magnetic closure. It would be nice if they add it on the next one.

I used this Ipad Air 2 case and although it protects the Ipad well, it's a little too bulky. I prefer the STM Dux case instead.

I love my older Targus cases, but this one is going back. It doesn't fit the iPad air 2 very good. The hard plastic case it sits in works fine, but the Air 2 is so thin that it doesn't close all the way flush with the screen, thus not providing the screen protection I'm looking for. It also turns on if I pick it up on the bottom where the home button is because there is too much play between the front cover of the case and the iPad.

I have had this case in the past for other iPads, so I was happy to buy another for my iPad Air 2. Unfortunately, this one doesn't toggle the screen on and off when you open it and this is a deal breaker for me. For this reason I returned it. (The previous version for my iPad 3 DID toggle the screen on and off.) Otherwise it has improved over the previous generations as there is complete protection around the perimeter of the iPad Air 2 vs open sections at the bottom of my iPad 3. If the magnetic toggle of the screen isn't a problem for you.... buy it!

This is a nice case and is versatile for use as a stand as well but sometimes on that last groove it doesn't stay in the groove and folds flat. But the other two grooves work just fine.

Nice black leather, quality feel but the plastic shell inwhich the iPad Air 2 sits makes turning on and off and plugging in the recharging cord a hassle. Also allows the iA2 to rotate too easily. After two days have found we definately do not like this case and plan to return it very soon.

Whenever I have my iPad in a vertical position it falls over as if it's too top heavy for this case. In landscape it holds well but I not as study as I had hoped.
