    I purchased this because I thought it was Tarzan 3D. I was a little hesitant since there was no picture of the item, just a description. I was also hoping it was a Disney film but was OK if it wasn't. Well after I opened up the package that was shipped to my house I was very disappointed. Not only was it NOT 3D, it was an off studio production of Tarzan. I didn't even open it. I just drove it to one of my local Best Buys and returned it. Since I used some BB Rewards I only received a $4.77 refund to my CC. The rest was supposed to be refunded to my "My Best Buy" account. That was 10 days ago. After a one hour phone call with BB customer service I was told "sorry" and that they don't know why I wasn't credited within the promised 48 hours but it will take another 7 days to resolve it. And they wonder why Amazon is kicking their butt!
