Easy process to redeem, didn't have an issues. Once set up, was able to filter by high-protein and recipes for breakfast/lunch/dinner with videos. Also seems like you can get even more free months super easy!

I have no idea, tbh I didn't even remember receiving it. But then again, I also don't understand why my wife keeps telling me I suffer from CRS. I'm sure it would have been great if I had remembered and actually used it.
