    Cools our whole downstairs and up the stairs to our hallway. We live in a 3 bedroom town home so, everyone gets an idea of the size of our home. We keep our bedroom doors shut & bathroom door open. Price from Best Buy was the cheapest we found in this make & model with the 22,000 btu unit.

    I bought this for my mom who lives in Indio and to top it off she lives in a manufactured home which can get hotter inside than on the outside and she complains that it is too cold but if she turns it off her house turns into an oven.
