Customers love the 32" Class Q3K Series 1080P FHD QLED Smart TV with Google TV (2025) for its good picture quality, ease of setup, and lightweight design. The operating system with Google TV works well, and the bezel-less design is a plus for many. However, some customers have noted that the processor can be slow and the viewing angle is narrow.

Amazing 32" TV at this price

In doing my research for a 32" TV for my bedroom, the TCL Q3K provided more at the low price point. I was not disappointed when I started using the actual product. -1080p QLED while most other's had only 720p -Beautiful picture quality with many adjustments -Bezel-less design which is difficult to find at this price point -Ability to use Google Home to set-up Google TV alleviating the need to input all those id's and passwords -Ability to turn off the clear plastic TCL light on the bottom of the screen to prevent a light from shining in the bedroom Room for improvement: -the way the TV is designed, the legs are too far apart and cannot be used to place it where I wanted (solution was to purchase a monitor/TV stand with VESA mount that supports the TV from the center -illuminated remote control (although this may be a big ask as even my top of the line LG doesn't offer that feature) Since this is a Google TV, the screen in the picture looks different since I have downloaded a different launcher from the Play Store.

    Great Little Bedroom TV!

We got this 32" TCL QLED TV from Best Buy a few weeks ago for our bedroom, replacing an ancient CRT TV. 1080P resolution on a small screen like this is ultra clear! The picture is amazing, the colors are great, and the sound is "OK" (what you'd expect from a small screen TV.) Yes, it's best to watch with a direct view -- off angle the picture quality does suffer as it does with most LED TVs. Since we watch in bed with the TV angled directly at us, that is not a problem. And it's plenty bright in our dark bedroom at night. I bought a Universal Table-Top TV Stand for $25 on Amazon to replace the cheap plastic legs the TV comes with so it is more stable and fits better on our small TV table. Several other reviewers complained about the overly bright LED at the bottom of the TV. I discovered that it is easy to turn it off. Just go to Settings / System / Advanced Settings / Standby LED. From there you can simply turn it off! It will still blink briefly whenever you push any button on the remote but will otherwise stay off. Problem solved! And finally, I'm a big fan of the Google TV OS. My son has an LG TV, and I absolutely hate the WebOS on that brand. Google TV is much more user friendly -- especially when you want to play around with the settings. Yes, the home screen has too many ads that clutter things up. There is an "Apps Only" mode that gets rid of some of the clutter. However, a better solution is an app I downloaded called "FLauncher" (see photo) which gives me a clean totally ad-free home screen showing nothing but my apps. Overall, this TCL 32" TV is a great value! Highly recommend.

i got this to put in my kitchen so that i could have it on when i’m cooking & check my google doorbell from further away. the OS works pretty well (much better than my previous fire tvs have), though i have issues getting the apple tv app to autoplay the next episode. the audio on this tv is also pretty subpar, i recommend getting external speakers (i just got a tiny insignia sound bar, they’re usually pretty cheap) since those help tremendously outside of that, not a whole lot to complain about. it does exactly what i intended it to

Quality of the picture is good. It was easy to set up. Biggest disappointment is the white light that’s part of the frame that I can’t figure out how to turn it off. Thankfully the TV is not in my bedroom. That light would be a problem. It’s the biggest reason I didn’t give it a better score. There was no show room model on display when I bought it. If there was I would have made a different decision.

I bought this TV to replace one of my monitors and it is better then the monitor as it has built-in speakers and with the HDMI I get 4k, so best of both worlds. Can watch TV, YouTube Etc and still use it as a monitor.

Great display for the price, exactly what I needed for bedroom, lots of customization settings to adjust sound and display to my liking and minimize ads. Much better than firetv. Only thing I disliked was volume and sound quality. I expected subpar sound quality for the price but even on my previous older $40 tv it was better. I bought a soundbar that fixed the problem though so all good.

I picked up this TV for my dorm, and it’s been perfect for college life. The screen is sharp with vibrant colors, and the size is just right for small spaces. It’s lightweight, so setting it up was easy, and the built-in streaming apps mean I don’t need extra devices to watch my shows. The sound is decent for its size, but headphones or a small speaker make movies even better. Overall, it’s affordable, compact, and ideal for students.

I purchased this as an open box in excellent condition. It arrived in the original box with all accessories. It was easy to get set-up and log in to the different streaming accounts. The picture is good, the OS with GoogleTV works well. You are able to turn off the standby mode that eliminates the bright white light below the screen. That reduces the energy consumption, but takes a little longer to boot up. Love the non-frame design as it fits perfectly in my bookcase.

We bought this tv to replace a 720P 26" Samsung that was starting to show signs of deterioration. This tv has an excellent picture and was relatively easy to set up. It was relatively easy to activate the various streaming apps we use and sort them into the preferred order for easy selection. We were even able to get the Tablo (OTA recorder) app to work reliably on this tv avoiding the issue we were having trying to use it through a Roku box. We also were able to hook up multiple inputs and select between them. We mounted it on a desktop pedestal stand instead of the legs it came with, and that process went very easily, too. Our biggest gripe is the remote control. It has a "minimalist" design style, so it takes a lot of trial and error to figure out which buttons will do what depending on what mode you're in. The main central wheel toggle is used for LOTS of stuff, but it's not always clear when it is the right choice or if one of the others will be helpful. We'd like to be able to use the channel selector to scroll through our favorites, but it seems to go through EVERY channel that was found, so we have to get it into favorites mode and scroll using the central wheel for that (as an example). One more annoyance is the brightness of the standby light at the bottom of the tv. It would be good to have it very dimly lit so we can use it in our bedroom (where we have it) without having to cover it up at night to get the room to be reasonably dark. Overall I find the tv to be an excellent value and would give it 5 stars if the controls were easier to figure out or the manual actually explained how to use it in various modes.

Bought this for a home office. Nice design and lightweight. Only slight complaint is the broadcast stations don't look as good as I'd like but great picture through the HDMI inputs. The sound is what you would expect to get, not great but not bad.

I purchased this 32 inch TCL TV with Google TV for a bedroom based on its size, features, price, and past experience with an excellent TCL 55 inch TV. Being a QLED display with Full HD 1080p resolution I expected great picture quality from this TV as well. Unfortunately I ended up returning this TV for a few reasons, but mainly because of the picture quality. The problem is that it has a VA display type, and while it gets bright, the viewing angle is extremely narrow. If you are viewing the TV at any angle other than perfectly straight on, for example from slightly to the side or below, the colors become very distorted. So much so that it was unpleasant to watch. Another disappointing thing was that the use interface is very slow. The initial software update took much longer than expected, even with a strong WiFi signal. But even after leaving it plugged in for a few days after the update, everything was still very sluggish in the Google TV user interface. Finally, the sound from the built-in speakers was audible, but the quality isn't good. I didn't expect much from them to begin with. I could have lived with the slow UI and the sub-par speakers, because there are ways to address them (by using and external Google TV device and external speakers), but I couldn't find a way to fix the display's viewing angle. I ended up returning this TV and I purchased a 32" computer monitor with an IPS display (1440p) and built-in speakers instead. I connected a spare Chromecast with Google TV (that I already had), and setup the Chromecast remote to control its own output volume (since the monitor doesn't have IR remote capabilities) and I am very happy with the results. The monitor's IPS display looks great, the colors stay accurate from every angle, the Chromecast with Google TV is very responsive, the Chromecast's remote controls the UI and volume, and the monitor goes to sleep when I turn off the Chromecast with the remote. This is the solution I should have chosen the first time. Finally, because the TCL TV model was brand new, there were none on display in stores, or maybe I would have been able to make a decision before purchasing it, but I appreciate Best Buy's return policy.

First unit I purchased had a cracked screen. Folks at BB replaced it without hesitation. I use this TV in bedroom with Blue Tooth connected headphones. Easy to navigate, picture is great. For the price could not be more satisfied. This is the first Google TV I've had. Another TCL was Roku. I also own an Insignia with Amazon Fire. Given the choice I would go with the fire, but Google works ok
