But pre-owned open box had it shipped. Dropped it off in a very safe location. No worries about it. Getting rained on customer service was incredibly nice. The quality of the TV is amazing. Movies video gaming sound clarity. Love it

TV works great. Easy to set up. Use the remote to set up the TV. The reason is that the remote app for the phone is full of problem and non essential apps that will change you home screen so you will not recognize your home screen. Use the TV remote and the setup takes maybe ten minutes.

Excellent television! This was exchanged for the brand new insignia that did not work well out of the box. This tv, on the other hand is exceptional! Really great picture, but it does need a sound bar, as the sound is a bit tiny. I do watch news without the sound bar, however. Overall exceptional product!
